First off, great customer service. They make me feel very comfortable and made me a offer more than carmax with in few mins. I was so happy that I sold my truck to them right away. The process was so smooth and easy that i walked out in less than 30 mins with the check in my hands. We had a great experience working with them. Appraisal for our vehicle was higher than CarMax's. They have some really nice vehicles on their lot that are in great condition. After a test drive, we traded in and purchased a minivan. The team there is very professional and easy going.
